Robin Moon is the Director of Program Development at the Korean American Community Foundation (KACF) where she is solely in charge of managing the Ford Foundation grant initiatives on “Inter-Community Development.” Before beginning a dual-Master’s degree program at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, Ms. Moon served as the Executive Director of KACF and was responsible for overseeing fund-raising and fund distribution activities, expanding inter-generational channels to raise awareness of KACF’s mission and promoting coalition-building opportunities within the greater ethnic immigrant community. Prior to KACF, Ms. Moon worked for World Vision, a humanitarian relief organization, and also spent several years working as the Consulting Manager of a Silicon Alley technology startup and as a Senior Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The Revson Program is an unparalleled opportunity for committed New Yorkers to refuel-through conversations, classes, projects and reflection. For me, the Revson year provided a much-needed pause to assess the past and plan for the future, with guidance and support from the academic and activist communities. At the end of the year, I emerged stronger and clearer about my work goals, and personally more enriched and replenished by new relationships with colleagues and professors. With the Revson network and annual meetings to look forward to, the program keeps sustaining those of us working to make New York City a better place to live for all New Yorkers.
